We ship either Mondays or Tuesdays (if in NSW), excluding public holidays. In times of extreme weather (34°C+ or 15°C-) your order will be held until weather is suitable, refunds will not be issued if this happens. Your order will be sent within one of those 2 days.

 

The cut off for orders each week is 5pm Saturday.

All Live animals are shipped express at a fixed rate of $16.00, free for orders over $200

Eggs are shipped in a smaller padded package and is at a fixed rate of $4.00 per package required (~100 eggs can fit in each package).
