What does the guarantee include?

We only ever ship animals that are in the best of health. However, problems can sometimes develop quickly and unexpectedly during shipping or soon after arrival. Though this is rare, we understand that it can happen and is beyond your control. If this results in the death of your critter within five days of receiving it, we will replace it free of charge.

Fortunately, there are many signs that a critter may be ill before it dies. Assisting during this period can help your critter recover as quickly as possible. Therefore, your Bex Critterz Guarantee means we are always available to assist you with any advice needed. Just get in touch and we will try and answer your questions about the health of your critter as soon as possible. 

 

What is covered by the Bex Critterz Guarantee?

The Bex Critterz Guarantee protects you against the unpredictable deaths that may be caused by shipping or other factors that are beyond your control. We take all available precautions against these factors.

Unfortunately, not everything can be covered. Often critterz die because they have not been provided with the right care. The basic care instructions are provided free with every Bex Critterz purchase and should allow even first time keepers to provide their critter with everything they need to flourish. Making sure you have followed these instructions is the first step in ruling out care as what may have caused the unexpected death of your critter.
